A gray bar indicates that the Trigger Set you are using does not have criteria to evaluate the scanned item. This can happen for the following reasons:
- Missing Triggers: If you created a custom Trigger Set but did not add any triggers to it, the system cannot evaluate the item.
- Unsupported Categories: ScoutIQ supports scanning Books, Music, Videos, DVDs, and Video Games. Items outside these categories will result in a gray bar.
- Default Triggers: If you are using the ScoutIQ Default Triggers for CDs, DVDs, or Video Games, they must be customized to include our default recommendations for those category-specific triggers.
