How To Cancel ScoutIQ

Your subscription can be canceled from the app or from manager.threecolts.com. This article will provide a detailed walkthrough of both processes.

To cancel from the website:

Log in at https://manager.threecolts.com and then select "Billing" from the menu on the left:

Then click "Accounts":

Next click the three dots next to your account, when you tap them, a "Cancel" button will appear:

Once you click this button, you will be prompted to note why you are canceling:

Once you have selected a reason, and clicked "Yes" the page will reflect your cancellation date:


From the app:

First, go to "Settings" on the app:

Then, click the icon of a person in the upper right-hand corner:

This will pull up your account page. Click the credit card icon on the left side, and then select "Accounts":

Then, select your account by clicking your account in blue and scroll over until you see three dots:

Tap these dots and the option to cancel will appear, click it:

This will bring up a survey:

Once you select an option and click “Yes” you are done! 

That's it! Your subscription has been canceled.

If you are canceling prior to the end of your free trial, or prior to the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will be scheduled to end at the end of your trial, or the end of the current billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.
